Bio

Reni Weixler, MA, LPC, CPC has more than 20 years of experience as a consultant, coach, and facilitator.  She earned a BA in Business Administration and a MA in Counseling. She has been an entrepreneur since 1992, when she started her own company and in 1995 started a non-profit educational organization. As an executive coach, she assists clients and organizations in assessing and identifying problems, exploring viable options, and creating plans of action that have resulted in more effective leadership skills, and transformative paradigm shifts. She is a licensed therapist and currently serves as the Clinical Consultant for the Services for Business and Industry program at WellSpan/Philhaven Behavioral Healthcare.  Areas of expertise include executive coaching, emotional intelligence development, leadership development, communication, and team development.

As a Certified Professional Coach, Reni has guided senior leaders in business, higher education, healthcare and non-profit organizations in overcoming the obstacles that keep them from reaching their potential. She also provides training workshops on productivity, teamwork, and conflict management. Prior to becoming a professional coach, Reni served for 20 years as president of a successful family owned commercial and residential cleaning service. She has also founded a non-profit K-12 cooperative-education organization, spearheaded family counseling projects while serving as a Board Member for a local youth organization, and developed a lay-counselor training program at the church she attends.

As an executive coach, Reni is passionate about helping her clients improve performance by developing masterful communication skills and embracing the qualities of a courageous and caring leader.
