What is a Business Group Roundtable?

It is a group of leaders lead by an experienced executive coach/facilitator in which the group members are engaged in a process that maximizes the combined energy, experience and wisdom of the group members. Each member proactively brings their own personal and professional goals for development with the purpose of taking their leadership skills or personal life to more effective, meaningful, and fulfilling levels.

 

How many members are in a Business Group Roundtable?

There are a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 15 members in each group.

 

Should I be concerned about confidentiality in my Business Group Roundtable?

All participants are obligated to commit to complete confidentiality. An open discussion and willingness to be forthcoming requires all participants to respect each other’s experiences with confidentiality. Trust and confidentiality are essential elements of the Business Group Roundtable.


 

Who will be the other members in my Business Group Roundtable?

It is important to have a diverse group of industries represented to facilitate discussions. Members will have a similar organization level as you.

 

What are my responsibilities?

A key to a successful Business Group Roundtable is your commitment to ask questions, share thoughts and participate. Responding  to your group with feedback and taking full responsibility for your actions steps and achieving results that you have agreed on will help in achieving your goal.

 

What kind of process is used in Business Group Roundtable?
