A Transformational Road Map to a High Performance Team
To truly transform your team’s culture to high performance, research shows a comprehensive team-building process must follow a road map that builds knowledge and accountability alongside real world experience for sustainable change to happen. Real learning is a process not an event.

Training Format
The Integrated Leadership Development Program consists of seven Modules; each module has a two hour Training Workshop and two Group Coaching Sessions, scheduled over a seven month time period. The workshops feature an interactive model of training with group participation and specific skill building exercises related to his or her work environment. To a great extent, the workshop is participatory, using demonstrations, role-playing exercises, practice sessions and work groups to reinforce teaching points. Additionally, the bi-monthly Group Coaching Sessions assimilate the learning into just-in-time real-work situations for greater depth of learning.
Why Group Coaching Sessions?
- Research shows training integrated with coaching focused on specific skill development is the most effective vehicle for skill development
- Coaching provides laser focus accountability so team members are able to successfully implement new behaviors taught in the training modules
- Each Group Coaching Session integrates the learning module into the supervisor/manager’s engagement of the team member’s they are supervising
