PROFESSIONAL, CONFIDENTIAL OFFICE SPACE
$7 per hour — Reserve office space on a first come, first served basis. Rent as little as 1 hour per week or as many hours as you would like. This space is ideal for therapists, counselors, consultants, life coaches, wellness coaches, nutritionists, and other professionals life photographers who work from home and need a beautiful space to display client's captured memories, nutritionists. Feel confident as you meet with your clients in a professional, confidential space.
MINDFULNESS ROOM
The Mindfulness Room available to your clients before and after sessions. Your clients can practice mindfulness, centering prayer, write their intentions or aspirations, use the MUSE Neuro-biofeedback headband to build mindfulness skills, or decompress using the guided meditations or gel pens and adult mandala coloring books
WAITING ROOM
A comfortable, shared waiting room is available for your clients.
GROUP ROOM SPACE
For larger groups a group room space is available that seat up to 10 people. Cost per hour is the same as using the office.
HOURS OF AVAILABILITY
Access to the building is available between the hours of 8 am - 8 pm, Monday through Saturday.
UTILITIES/CLEANING/GROUND MAINTENANCE
Included in the hourly rate at no extra charge: WIFI connection, all utilities, office cleaning, building insurance, and maintenance/grounds keeper.
PRINT/COPY/SCAN
Included in the hourly rate at no extra charge: Shared printer/copiers are available in the building for your use.
SHARED OUTDOOR SPACE
Included in the hourly rate at no extra charge: Need to get some paperwork done on a nice sunny day? Use of the shared outdoor patio space is available to you--the internet connection reaches out there, too!
PARKING
There are 10 parking spaces for you and your clients.
ONLINE SHARED CALENDAR
A google calendar has been set up to make scheduling easy. Simply log in and reserve the hours you wish to occupy the office on a first come, first served basis.
PAYMENT
Payment for the upcoming month is due on the 25th of the current month. Payment by check is accepted. If you wish to add extra hours after the month has started that can be arranged based on availability of the office.
COMMITTMENT
There is no deposit required. If you wish to reduce the number of hours you are using the office or no longer want to use the office simply give us 30 days notice in writing.
